Meat roasting/cooking times
Leg lamb - 2kg leg, 190 degrees C for 2 hours. After 90 mins remove foil to brown off.
Chicken (whole) - 20 mins per 500g plus 20 mins
Beef -
Pork - 180 degrees C; 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins. (you don't always need the extra 30 mins)
