Yorkshire Pudding / Pancake Mix

YORKSHIRE PUDDING / PANCAKE MIXTURE

Ingrediants
225g plain flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1/2 pint milk

Method

For Yorkshie Pudding
  • Mix the flour and salt
  • Beat in the eggs
  • Add the milk, stirring all the time
  • Put fat/oil into a tin or pasty holders
  • Oven at 230 degrees for 15 mins or until golden brown.
For pancakes
  • Mix the flour and salt
  • Beat in the eggs
  • Add the milk, stirring all the time
  • Melt some margerine in a frying pan, pour in the mixture then flip over once cooked.
Notes
  • You can use fewer eggs but the Yorkshires won't rise as much.
