Ingrediants
225g plain flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1/2 pint milk
Method
For Yorkshie Pudding
- Mix the flour and salt
- Beat in the eggs
- Add the milk, stirring all the time
- Put fat/oil into a tin or pasty holders
- Oven at 230 degrees for 15 mins or until golden brown.
- Mix the flour and salt
- Beat in the eggs
- Add the milk, stirring all the time
- Melt some margerine in a frying pan, pour in the mixture then flip over once cooked.
- You can use fewer eggs but the Yorkshires won't rise as much.
