Rich Shortcrust Pastry

RICH SHORTCRUST PASTRY

Ingrediants

100g plain flour
50g margerine
50g castor sugar
1 large egg yolk

Method
  • Sieve flour into large bowl, make a well in centre
  • Add margerine and egg yolk
  • Mix together
  • Knead into a ball and put in fridge for 30 mins
  • Roll our and use.
Notes
  • Ideal for mine pies
