1 whole chicken

Method
  • Spread Vitalite over the top of the chicken
  • You can season with Chinese 5 soice or similar
  • Cover with foil
  • Oven 200 degrees
  • Cooking time is 20mins per pound plus 20 mins or until the juices run clear when skewered
  • Let stand for 15 mins before carving
